My Experience with EVB Sport and Core

Updated: May 21, 2022

I am so fortunate to be an ambassador for this company, to get the chance to input my ideas about the latest developments and future innovations. I am also so passionate about what they advocate for and their mission which is to help millions of women around the world who suffer from pelvic pain, incontinence, prolapse or pelvic pain. Hopefully my blog will help educate women about prolapse and raise awareness of this condition and EVB gives a key example that there are treatment options out there, specialist products and women committed to helping people like me. When I first discovered I had prolapse I thought the only option out there was surgery, however over the years I have come across so many things you can do and specialist products out there for women with prolapse. EVB clothing allows me to workout without feeling self conscious about my body, enables me to be more confident and also less worried about whether I am making my prolapse worse (and no I am not saying this just because I am an ambassador).

EVB Sport and Core Explained

EVB's mission is to help the lives of millions of women around the world who suffer from incontinence, prolapse or pelvic pain. EVB engineered clothing has been proven to lift the pelvic floor muscles and enhances urethra support. Additionally, EVB sport acts as a scaffolding for your pelvic floor muscles which prevents the vaginal wall from coming down or prolapsing further. EVB technology also encourages the correct position of the pelvic, stopping you from actively over bracing your muscles as you try to support the organs yourself.

EVB Sizing

EVB Sport and Core has its own global size based on your individual and unique waist measurement and also takes into account your body shape. Personally, a size 8 fitted me as my waist measurement is 28 inches. Don’t be afraid to pull and wriggle your EVB’s over your thighs and bum as the material will not rip.

My Experience with EVB

I first discovered EVB through my physiotherapist who recommended Yvonne’s products for my Uterine Prolapse. The owner, creator and engineer of EVB Sport Yvonne Brady was extremely helpful and provided me with numerous Instagram and physio sites about prolapse which I will list below at the end of this blog. I have the boxer briefs and the shorts, both of which are really comfortable and supportive. The boxer briefs I usually wear underneath my normal leggings if I am going to play netball or go for a run, so I have extra support as EVB clothing protects your core and pelvic floor. They allow me to feel confident about my body and when I am working out, I don’t feel anxious about my prolapse. I also really like how the sizing isn’t a one size fits all policy and Yvonne takes into account different women’s body sizes and types. Yvonne is constantly engineering and coming up with new products !!
